what is Uncommon Artic?

UnCOMMON:Arctic is our newest project that will see us and a new friend, chef extraordinaire Lorenzo Civolari, explore some of the northernmost counties of the world (the isle of Svalbard, Iceland and Greenland) in what is gearing up to be the ultime buddy adventure, with a big cycling component. 

Starting with 7 days in Svalbard, exploring the northernmost inhabited place on the planet, then 40 days to cycle all of Iceland (including inland), and finally 10 days in Greenland, unraveling the stories of the people that live in its fisherman villages. 

We will leave Italy on July 6th 2017 and finish our trip on August 31st 2017, taking advantage of the arctic summer and its two months of continuous daylight.
